Influence of Facilities, Location and Service Quality on Visitor Satisfaction at Jedongcangkring Swimming Pool Tourism

The aims of this research is to find out, describe and analyze the influence of tourist facilities on visitor satisfaction at the Jedongcangkring swimming pool tourist attraction. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with purposive sampling. People who had gone to the Jedongcangkring swimming pool were research subjects, and the sample consisted of 96 people. The data analysis motive used is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using the f test and t test with the help of SPSS for Windows version 25 software. To determine the magnitude of the influence of facilities, location and service quality on visitor satisfaction, a coefficient of determination test was carried out. The R square value obtained is 0.669. This figure means that the Facilities, Location and Service Quality variables have an influence on Visitor Satisfaction by 66.9% while the other 33.1% is influenced by other variables
