Management Of BUMDes Mutiara Welirang Management In The Development Of Ganjaran Park Tourism

The role BUMDes plays a role related to the function of optimizing potential both in relation to human resources (HR) and natural resources (SDA) as much as possible. The problem that occurs is that BUMDes has not utilized existing resources optimally. It is hoped that this BUMDes management will be able to improve community welfare. The aim of this research is to produce analysis results and descriptions of Management at Mutiara Welirang BUMDes in the Development of Ghanjaran Park Tourism. Using descriptive research methods and a qualitative approach. Data was collected using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. This research focuses on aspects of the management model which are aimed at the Management of BUMDes Mutiara Welirang Ketapanrame Village. Informants were selected based on the purposive sampling method, provided that the informants understood the topic of the problem being raised.
