The Saudi Civil Transactions law was issued by Royal Decree No M/192 dated 29/11/1944H CORRESPONDING TO 19/6/2023G, and published in the Official Gazette. Article 721 thereof stipulates that it shall come into effect after the lapse of 180 days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette, i.e. as of 16/12/2023.
