This article addresses the impact of digital platforms on education during the COVID-19 pandemic, highlighting the imperative need for solid preparation by teachers for the effective use of these technologies. A methodological guide is proposed based on a mixed epistemological approach and correlational analysis, which allowed identifying the challenges and experiences of teachers in implementing digital platforms. It underscores the importance of addressing socioeconomic inequalities to ensure equitable and quality education for all educational stakeholders. The study emphasizes the relevance of combining quantitative and qualitative techniques, as well as the use of statistical tools such as SPSS and JASP, to provide precise guidance to educators in the effective use of digital platforms in post-pandemic environments. Thanks to the application of the ADDIE model, the proposed guide was structured and its effectiveness ensured.
