This paper puts forward the strategy related to the supply-side reform of tourism talent resources for the importance of the supply and demand relationship of tourism talent resources. On the basis of Stackelberg game model, a mathematical model for coordinating the supply side of tourism in ethnic areas is designed, and the optimal benefit curve of tourism supply side reform is obtained from the benefits of tourism places, travel agencies, and the overall benefits of the supply side in ethnic areas respectively. Aiming at the development level of tourism on the role of common wealth, the research framework is constructed from the perspective of development, commonality, sharing and sustainability. Relevant variables are selected to evaluate the development level of tourism, in terms of absolute income and relative income. The entropy method was used to measure the level of tourism development and shared prosperity. Associated bivariate spatial autocorrelation as well as spatial panel Durbin model were used to analyze the spatial econometrics of the ethnic areas in the subject provinces. The results show that tourism talent resources have an impact on the earnings of all parties on the supply side of tourism, with the greatest impact on the earnings of the supply side as a whole, which rapidly increases from 20,000 yuan to a value of 65,000 yuan in the range of 0.2 to 0.9. In the global spatial autocorrelation analysis, the Moran coefficients of the five explanatory variables of common wealth are distributed between 0.1256 and 0.9456, and the Z value is greater than 1.58, and the P value is less than or equal to 0.05, which is significant.
