To assess the nutritional conditions of agricultural crops in arable chernozems, along with the determination of mobile forms of biophilic elements, it is proposed to determine potentially mobile forms, which represent a reserve of mineral nutrition elements for plants. To extract the potentially mobile form of elements, it is proposed to use 4N. CH3COOH extract at a soil: solution ratio of 1 : 25. The content of potentially mobile elements is determined by the difference between their amount in 4N. and 0.5N. CH3COOH solutions. Keywords: TYPICAL CHERNOZEM, POTASSIUM, CALCIUM, POTENTIALLY MOBILE FORM, 4N.
