Vasovagal syncope (VVS), presents significant management challengeswhen conservative and pharmacological treatments have failed. This case study examines the efficacy of cardioneuroablation, a precise autonomic modulation technique targeting cardiac ganglia, in a notably complex case of VVS unresponsive to standard lifestyle and pharmacological interventions with diminished . This case report highlights the incompletely-understood nuanced mechanisms through which cardioneuroablation can modulate autonomic effects, both in abolishing the vagal reflex, but also in mitigating the tachycardia response to head up tilt, likely through a combination of efferent and afferent autonomic effects.
