In this research paper the existing systems of traffic emulation in multiservice networks, including Iperf3, Colasoft Capsa Free and Packet Sender, are thoroughly analyzed. The study identifies the main advantages and disadvantages of each tool. Special attention is given to the development of a customized traffic emulator in the Python programming language. This approach includes the use of a variety of libraries, which contributes to a significant increase in flexibility and efficiency of testing in multi-disciplinary network scenarios.
