The aim of this research is to evaluate the impact of Return On Assets, Return On Investment , and Earning Per Share on stock prices, with case studies on automotive and component subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2020-2023. This research is a quantitative research that uses descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25 software. The research sample consists of 17 automotive and component companies selected using the purposive sampling method, with a total of 68 company units as samples. The research results show that the Return On Assets and Earning Per Share variables have a positive impact on stock prices, while the Return On Investment variable has a negative impact on stock prices. Therefore, companies are advised to prioritize performance in Return On Assets and Earning Per Share in order to increase their share prices.
