This study explores the complex nature of hybrid composites, a blend of polypropylene and glass fibre reinforced plastic (GFRP), and their relationship with mechanical, chemical, and fracture surface morphology. The goal is to understand the interplay between polypropylene content and the performance attributes of these composites. Mechanical testing revealed a significant increase in tensile strength, compressive strength, impact strength, and hardness with the addition of polypropylene. A composite with 25% polypropylene infusion showed enhanced mechanical performance. In the realm of chemical resistance, a composite with 10% polypropylene and 90% GF demonstrated exceptional resistance against bases, acids, and solvents. This composite was a symbol of chemical resistance, offering a fortification against harsh chemical conditions. The rise in polypropylene percentage in the composite mirrored an increase in chemical resistance, demonstrating the composites' adaptability to chemical adversity.
