This study aims to determine information on phytochemical tests, total antioxidant capacity and toxicity of lobi-lobi fruit extract (Flacourtia Inermis). As we know, the Lobi-lobi fruit itself is small and looks round, the ripe Lobi-lobi fruit is usually dark red in color and has a sour taste, but often it tastes astringent and has seeds. In Indonesia, the lobi-lobi fruit is usually used to make rujak, syrup, sweets, pickles and canned fruit. However, even though it has quite a lot of potential, it turns out that the fruits of lobbying are still not widely known by the Indonesian people. Apart from that, information about the contents of the lobi-lobi fruit is still not widely known to the Indonesian public. By using experimental research methods that are in vitro and bioassay. The in vitro test consists of a phytochemical test, antioxidant capacity test using a total phenolic test. Bioassay examination using Artemia Salina larvae using the BSLT method. Research results show that Lobi-lobi fruit extract contains alkaloids, cardioglycosides, glycosides, flavonoids, steroids, saponins, quinones, coumarins, anthocyanins, betacyanins, phenolics and terpenoids. The total phenolic content of Lobi-lobi fruit extract was 1492.5 ?g/mL. The DPPH antioxidant capacity test results were 104,223 ?g/mL. The ABTS antioxidant capacity test results obtained were 29.818?g/mL. The FRAP antioxidant capacity test results obtained were 104,223 ?g/mL. As well as the toxicity of Lobi-lbi fruit extract, the LC50 result was 158,489 ?g/mL.
