Based on these problems, researchers are interested in researching this matter. This research uses qualitative methods with the type of field research. This research focuses on the understanding and etiquette of adolescent girls in using the digital Al Qur'an application. The research results show that mosque teenagers have different opinions in choosing the type of digital Al Qur'an application because they look at the features and file size of the application. The majority of teenagers have the same opinion regarding the etiquette of using the digital Al Qur'an, namely that it must be holy, and the place for reading must be clean.
