Proposal outlines a new labor procedural code to enhance worker rights in Russia, suggesting significant legal changes.
Today, it is necessary to develop a procedural normative act regulating the ways of implementing labor law norms. It should be the Labor Procedure Code of the Russian Federation. With the adoption of the CPC of the Russian Federation, a new branch of law may be born, namely labor procedural law, which exists as an independent branch in many countries with market economies. One of the main tasks of the emerging branch of law is to create real guarantees for the realization of workers' labor rights.
