With the change in global climate and the reduction of energy resources, people will focus on the use of renewable energy, wave energy is a kind of renewable energy with relatively rich reserves, the potential of marine renewable energy is huge and has a broad application prospect, the high efficiency and scale of wave energy devices have become the focus of the field. In this paper, for the design problem of the maximum output power of wave energy, according to the physical formulas and theorems such as force analysis and the law of conservation of energy, we describe the motion state of the float and the vibrator to establish a mathematical model and realize the solution to the maximum output power of the floattype wave energy converter. Using the relevant float dynamics to establish the relevant motion model, a one-dimensional y-axis coordinate system perpendicular to the horizontal plane is established, and the plane at the junction of the initial horizontal plane and the float is used as the coordinate origin to analyze the motion state of the float and the oscillator and solve the state equations by using the Runge-Kutta algorithm. Then the corresponding coordinate system is used to calculate the optimal value of the damping coefficient of the corresponding damper and the maximum output power of the corresponding PTO system in different cases. The equation is solved by Fourier fitting each variable for the time variable and transforming the equation into complex exponential form.
