This research is entitled "Application of Information Services Through Audiovisual Methods to Parents to Minimize the Use of Gadgets in Early Childhood". The background of the study is that there are still many parents who give interesting impressions of gadgets for their children because they feel that the benefits of the content are suitable for their children or when their children cry parents calm their children by showing them gadgets, the longer the child begins to get addicted to see them again.The purpose of this study is to determine the application of information services to parents through audiovisual methods to minimize the use of gadgets in early childhood at the RA Muslimat NU 2 Foundation, Palembang City. This research uses a qualitative method (field research). The result of this study is that the use of gadgets in children before the provision of this information service, parents provide full access to the use of gadgets for their children, after the provision of information services parents begin to limit the use of gadgets to their children. The implementation of this information service was carried out as many as 6 meetings, 2 interviews before the provision of information services and interviews after the provision of information services. The implementation of providing this information service goes through 3 stages, namely, the initial stage, the core stage and the final stage (evaluation).
