Multivariate logistic regression analysis of factors associated with complete response (CR) based on interaction with treatment type demonstrated a trend that favored RT+5FU/Cap+Ox recipients over RT+5FU/Cap patients with respect to CMS4 and overexpression of stromal signatures. However, RT+5FU/Cap+Ox recipients were less likely to achieve CR with increasing tumor purity and RSS scores. *OR is reported as “OR per SD” to account for diverse distributions.
