The Secrecy Regime: The Concept and Attributes

The work is devoted to the issues of legal regulation of the secrecy regime, its structure and content. The features of establishing a secrecy regime and its signs are indicated. It is shown that the structure of the regime includes such elements as classification of information, protection of state secrets and declassification. As a result of the conducted research, the authors conclude that the secrecy regime can be considered a kind of legal regime.
