In this paper, the author gave the idea of \(Ξ\)- isotone map and g-monotone property using \(Ξ\)-isotone mapping the author proved that there is a conicidence point for two self mappings in partially ordered set in neutrosophic metric spaces. Additionally if \(Ξ\) is weakly compatible then the two mappings have a common fixed point.
