The research analyzed the factors that influence the administrative management of agricultural associations in the canton of La Maná to identify areas for improvement and propose strategies that optimize their operation and sustainability. 4 active associations were studied. A methodology was used based on the mixed quantitative and qualitative approach, the descriptive-explanatory nature, the logical-historical method and deductive inference. The results show that related factors such as organizational identity, administrative strategies, business innovation and economic resources are relevant for effective management. The linear regression model, exploratory factor analysis and ANOVA confirm the influence of the study variables. The research validates the importance of effective administrative management to improve the economic conditions of agricultural associations.
