The article considers superfluid helium heat and mass transfer processes under essentially non-equilibrium conditions for a confined volume. The He-II boiling regimes inside a porous structure on a cylindrical heater are visually determined. Experimental data are processed; the parameters of experiments with an open boundary are given; dependencies of the vapor-to-liquid interface position for oscillations are presented, and an analytical description of a quasi-stationary boiling regime is given.
