Nosocomial outbreaks caused by carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii (CRAB) strains are rapidly emerging worldwide and are cause for concern. Herein, we aimed to describe the genomic characteristics of CRAB strains isolated from two hospitals in China in 2023.
