This research aims to analyze the impact of Industry 4.0 technological transformation on human resource development (HRD) across various sectors, aligning with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Utilizing a systematic literature review (SLR) approach, it examined 15 scientific articles exploring this subject from diverse perspectives. The findings highlight substantial changes in HR management driven by Industry 4.0, emphasizing heightened demands for digital literacy, information technology skills, and adaptability to rapid change. Effective HR policies and strategies, such as ongoing training initiatives and the adoption of HR management technologies, are pivotal in supporting this transformative process. The study underscores the necessity of a holistic approach encompassing investments in training, cultivation of an innovative organizational culture, and leveraging technology to enhance HR management efficiency and effectiveness. In conclusion, companies capable of adeptly managing HR transformation within the context of Industry 4.0 stand to achieve significant competitive advantages, contributing to sustainable business practices and advancing towards the SDGs.
