Since the emergence of perovskite as an outstanding light-absorbing material, significant progress has been made in enhancing the efficiency of solar cells. Building upon this foundation, the reconfiguration of the internal optical properties of perovskite holds promise for further efficiency improvements. To address this, we investigated the influence of hollow metal aluminum particle structures on absorption rates. Our findings demonstrate that integrating hollow metal aluminum structures into perovskite films can significantly enhance their absorption rates compared to conventional gold or silver nanoparticles. Ultimately, through comparative testing, we showcase the fabrication of perovskite thin-film photovoltaic cells with a single-layer thickness of 200 nanometers, achieving an energy conversion efficiency (PCE) of 23.20%, utilizing a cost-effective approach.
