Cancer has been a problem that has plagued human beings for many years. The emergence of immunotherapy that antagonizes antibodies against programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) has opened up new ideas for the treatment of different cancers, and the application of CRISPR technology on PD-1 provides new ideas for cancer treatment. However, its potential therapeutic functions and methods have not been fully explored. In this paper, the application of CRISPR technology in PD-1 and more derivative applications will be explored through experiments that study CRISPR-related applications in PD-1. In the application of CRISPR technology on NV, modification of T cells, destruction of PD-1 and HPV combined therapy, verification of the safety of CRISPR technology and other experiments, it has been found that new means can be used to deliver corresponding cells efficiently and accurately, and it can be concluded that CRISPR technology can effectively improve PD-1 therapy. This can be used to improve treatment effectiveness, feasibility, and safety.
