On Understanding Objective and Subjective Right in the Russian State Law Doctrine of the Late 19th to the Early 20th Century

In article features of teoretiko-ideological understanding of the subjective and objective beginnings in the right in Russia at the beginning of the 20th Century as basic provisions of state and legal regulation and also the understanding of category “legal entity” caused by these provisions are considered. State and legal views on the matter of such domestic jurists as F.F. Kokoshkin, A.D. Gradovsky, N.N. Rozin are analyzed; also for comparison by the author views of representatives of the Western European legal thought are given.
