Experimental chemistry is the most distinctive part of high school chemistry teaching. The development and promotion of chemical experiments can deepen students' understanding of knowledge and promote their scientific inquiry thinking and the improvement of their quality of seeking truth and rigor. This article is based on a questionnaire survey and dialogue interviews to approach the current situation of experimental teaching in the second year of high school. With the help of the concepts of textbook integration, module integration, situational integration, and application integration, this article aims to promote the effective promotion of experimental teaching in the second year of high school through miniaturization, greening, life oriented, and application oriented experiments.
