Ethnobotanical Survey And Traditional Use Of Indigenous Plants By Shepherd, Gujjar And Bakerwal Communities From Narwav Forest Ranges Of District Baramulla, Jammu And Kashmir, India

Purpose: To explore the medicinal uses of traditional plants of narwav forests with an assessment to preserve the ethnobotanical knowledge related with this area. Methods: The survey of field was conducted during a period of one year. Data were composed through a semi-structuredquestionnaire and discussions with native tribal people and traditional health practitioners inhibited in the side villages and in the study area.
