The purpose of this research is to develop a design for a wood cutting machine table using a circular saw that can adjust angles from 45º to 90º using AutoCAD 2021 software. The research methodology includes Design For Assembly (DFA). The burner stove design concept is evaluated based on ease of manufacturing, operational efficiency, and assembly efficiency using Design For Assembly (DFA) analysis. The analysis shows that concept A is more efficient with an assembly time of 113.69 seconds and a design efficiency of 0.168%. The simulation results indicate a maximum von Mises stress of 60.279 MPa, a maximum displacement of 1.21 mm, and a safety factor of 3.41, indicating a higher safety margin. Concept A is chosen for its efficiency and ease of production.
