Strategies of the Russian State in the context of modern security threats

The article is devoted to the problem of the formation of priority strategic directions of the legal policy of the Russian state in the face of modern geopolitical challenges and threats. Due to the specifics of such challenges and threats, special attention is paid to issues related to the formation and effective implementation of such strategies as the formation of an ideology of patriotism, ensuring information security, as well as countering attempts to falsify historical facts, preserving and strengthening the historical memory of society. It substantiates why these strategies are extremely important at the present time. It is demonstrated that the nature of special measures ensuring the implementation of the strategies considered by the authors involves the use of ideological and organizational and legal means as the main ones.
