BACKGROUND Introduction: SARS CoV-2, a novel coronavirus, initially appeared in the Wuhan, China, in the end of 2019 and had infected above 31 million people worldwide. Infection can range from asymptomatic to multi-organ failure requiring prompt treatment. 80% of SARS-CoV-2 patients experienced mild to moderate illness, while 5% developed serious illness. Physicians can evaluate a patient's digestive system (Koshtha), digestive capacity (Agni), strength (Bala), and longevity (Ayu) using the bodily Constitution (Deha Prakriti). It also helps doctors estimate a patient's illness risk, severity, disease activity scores, and hematological, pathological, and biochemical changes. The study investigated the association between bodily composition (Deha Prakriti) and severity, as shown by structural lung abnormalities in SARS-CoV-2 patients. OBJECTIVE This research aims to investigate structural changes in the lungs of SARS-CoV-2 patients, assess their body constitution (Prakriti), and correlate structural changes in the lungs of SARS-CoV-2 patients with their body constitution (Prakriti). METHODS Materials and Methods: Historical Ayurved writings such as the Charak Samhita, Sushrut Samhita, Ashtanga Hridaya, and others were studied to gain a better understanding of the concept of body constitution (Deha Prakriti) and its impact on disease. To better understand COVID-19 and support the ideas in the book, all published data in the form of publications and dissertations was meticulously examined. Additionally, data was collected and presented methodically. RESULTS will be recorded based on observations of subjective and objective parameters. CONCLUSIONS The study's conclusion will be drawn using statistical information derived from the collected data.
