The influence of the daughter nuclei deformations on the <a:math xmlns:a="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><a:mi>α</a:mi></a:math> decay's half-life is modeled by adding the term depending on the quadrupole deformation parameter value to the empirical relations for the <b:math xmlns:b="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><b:mi>α</b:mi></b:math>-decay half-lives. It is shown that the addition of the deformation-dependent term led to a better description of the experimental data by the empirical expressions for the half-lives of the <c:math xmlns:c="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><c:mi>α</c:mi></c:math> decay than the ones without it. A new empirical expression for a description of the <d:math xmlns:d="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><d:mi>α</d:mi></d:math>-decay half-lives is proposed. The empirical relation for the <e:math xmlns:e="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><e:mi>α</e:mi></e:math> decay half-lives for the transitions from the ground state to the ground state and the lowest <f:math xmlns:f="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><f:msup><f:mn>2</f:mn><f:mo>+</f:mo></f:msup></f:math> state of the even-even nuclei is discussed.
