The traditional wisdom of the people of Kampung Adat Miduana in utilizing plant resources as medicine is something that needs to be studied to remain sustainable. Educational tourism of medicinal plants can be an alternative to reduce the loss of knowledge about traditional medicinal plants and threats to diversity in it. The purpose of this study is to identify the types, benefits, and processing methods as well as local wisdom regarding the use of medicinal plants in the Miduana Traditional Village community. The data collection methods used were literature studies, field surveys, and interviews. The data analysis used was the characteristics of respondents, characteristics of medicinal plants, grouping of diseases, as well as the potential for sustainable management and conservation status of medicinal plants. Based on the results of the study, there are 106 plant species belonging to 47 families. The processing of these plants mostly uses the boiled method and found some herbs by boiling method. Local wisdom found in the community of Kampung Adat Miduana in the form of herbs and traditional medicine using leuhang and the system of inheriting knowledge from generation to generation and using the karuhun system.
