High grade glioma (HGG) is considered a lethal disease with a high recurrence rate. There is no standard of care in recurrent HGG. Many treatment options are present, such as resurgery, systemic therapy, and re-irradiation. Re-irradiation seems to be a promising option. In this study, we aimed at comparing the efficacy and toxicity of two re-irradiation protocols.
