A factorial experiment was conducted by arranging split split plots according to the randomized complete block design (R.S.B.D.), with three replicates, where the cultivars occupied the main plots, and with three cultivars: Genzania, Carolup, and Hamel. As for the sub plot, the spraying dates were for elongation, booting, and flowering, and the sub-sub plot were occupied by concentrations of the nanofertilizer NPK, at three concentrations (0, 1, and 2), during both season (2021-2022) and (2022-2023) in one of the private fields in the district. The almashrue is 37 km north of Babylon province, within latitude 32.79º north and longitude 44.40º for the purpose of knowing the role of foliar nutrition with nanofertilizer in oats, the cultivars and spraying stages, it studied the field traits of the crop, such as plant height, leaf area, number of tillers, number of days from cultivation until physiological maturity, and chlorophyll content in the plant. The results were as follows: Regarding the number of days from cultivation until physiological maturity (day), the Carolup cultivar was significantly earlier in maturity compared to the other two cultivars and for both season, as it took 125.9 and 119.62 days for both seasons, respectively. The same cultivar also gave the highest plant height for the first season, reaching (134.10 cm). As for the flag leaf area traits: The Hamel cultivar was excelled, giving 41.49 cm2 in the first season, with a significant difference from the rest of the cultivars, while the Carolup cultivar gave the highest leaf area for the second season, which amounted to 39.35 cm2. As for the chlorophyll content in the leaves, the Hamel cultivar was significantly excelled in this traits, reaching 28.96 and 29.29 SPAD for both season. As for the spraying stages, it did not affect the number of days from cultivation until physiological maturity and the plant height. The booting stage gave the highest average plant height, reaching 127.9 cm, and it did not differ from the plants that were sprayed in the elongation stage, while the elongation and flowering stage gave the highest average leaf area of the flag leaf, amounting to 42.35. And 40.90 cm 2 for both seasons, respectively, while the booting phase gave a significant excelledity in the chlorophyll content in the plant, amounting to 31.43 and 30.49 SPAD, and the elongation phase gave a significant excelledity in the number of total seedlings, amounting to 388.7 and 373.0 cm -2 for both season, respectively. As for the fertilizer concentration, 2 g.L -1 NPK was significantly excelled in the number of days from cultivation to physiological maturity, reaching 125.62 and 120.29 days, and in plant height, which reached 135.77 and 129.72 days for both seasons, respectively, while the concentration of 1 g. L -1 gave excelled in the leaf area, which reached 41.15 and 41. 40 cm 2 respectively, and the concentration of 1 and 2 g.L -1 gave the highest average for the chlorophyll content in the plant, reaching 28.88 and 27.83 SPAD for both seasons respectively. The plants did not differ in the number of sprays at concentrations of 1 and 2 g.L -1 for both seasons. As for the triple interaction of factors, cultivars, spraying stages, and concentrations, the results showed The triple intervention Genzania gm liter -1 gave an average of 49.93 cm 2 for the first season, while in the second season the triple interaction was not significant, while the triple interaction for the character of chlorophyll content was not significant for both seasons. As for the total number of strands, the triple interaction was significant, as the combination of Genzania with a concentration of 1 g.L -1 in the elongation stage achieved the highest average of 465 and 451.2 tillers m -2 for the two both seasons.
