Graphene Sheets This cover art depicts the plasma synthesis of graphene sheets and the in-situ incorporation of nitrogen atoms into a graphene scaffold to control its dielectric permittivity. Subunitary and even negative dielectric constant values have been achieved in the microwave frequency range. This plasma-driven design of 2D materials at the atomic scale reveals new avenues for controlling electromagnetic waves behaviour.
