Introduction Obesity, Non-Alcohlic Metabolic Fatty Liver Disease (MAFLD), Metabolic Syndrome (MS), Impaired Glucose Regulation (IGR) are pre-eminent cardio-vascular risks which are preventable. All the above factors lead to diabetes and cardiovascular disease and other non communicable disorders. Methods 72 young healthy industrial workers aged from 20-50 were taken for the study from 1st of Jan to 31st of June 2023. Persons with known cardio-vascular disease, diabetes, hypothyroidism or genetic diseases of hypercholesterolemia and blood pressure and alcoholic liver disease are excluded from the study. The adult treatment plan three of NCEP (National Cholesterol Education Program), BMI (body mass index) determination by WHO guidelines was studied for Obesity. Fatty liver was diagnosed with ultra-sonographic study. IGR (impaired glucose regulation) was studied taken into account ADA (American Diabetic Association) guidelines from Plasma Glucose. Results The mean age of total population (N=72) is of mean age 39.4 +/- 9.6, male (N=52) mean age 38.0+/- 9.5, Females (N=20) mean age 39.9+/- 9.5. Metabolic Syndrome was present in 63.8%, Raised BMI in 89.39%, MAFLD 41.61% IGR 11.16% with proportionate distribution among male and female executives and workers Discussion and conclusion Adult health is nutrition associated and metabolically linked. Raised BMI is precursor to MS, MAFLD with progression to IGR meriting definitive treatment in the end. Obesity per say is a diseased state. MS was more common in males where as fatty liver disease more common in females. These are all interlinked which are preventable with adoption of work station preventive life style measures with exercise diet and home sleep advice.
