On 16.05.2024 the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova adopted law no. 114 of 16.05.2023 on mental health and well-being. The law under consideration also has direct influences on the procedure for establishing judicial protection measures. Therefore, in this paper we will examine the influence of the nominated law on the procedure for establishing, renewing and revoking judicial protection measures. Likewise, through this paper we will propose ferenda bills to the law under consideration in order to enrich the legal framework.
