Systemic mastocytosis (SM) is a heterogeneous disease characterized by clonal proliferation and accumulation of abnormal mast cells in one or more extracutaneous organs. It is a rare disease with a prevalence of approximately 13 in 100,000 cases(1). We reported a case of systemic mastocytosis primarily presented with non-specic gastrointestinal system symptoms. A thorough literature review is included in this paper as well.
