The use of online food delivery service platforms has become prevalent and even necessary for businesses, especially start-ups. The popular Food Panda application has become an essential tool for businesses, particularly start-ups, to reach and serve customers. The platform provides a centralized marketplace where restaurants and food providers can list their offerings and receive orders directly from consumers. However, the prevalence of online food delivery platforms has also introduced new challenges for businesses. To address issues on the visibility of the Food Panda application, this study focuses on associating the variables of information quality, perceived usefulness, responsiveness, and customer behavioral intention. It also aimed to answer what among the variables have significantly influenced the customer behavioral intention. The study was conducted in Malaybalay City, Bukidnon, Philippines, and due to the immensity of the population as customers, this research selected 150 respondents through a stratified sampling technique. This research utilized Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation to test the correlation of the variables, and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis to assess the predictors of the customer behavioral intention. Based on the results, independent variables are significantly correlated with the customer’s behavioral intention. Moreover, information quality, perceived usefulness, and responsiveness significantly influenced the behavioral intention at <0.05 p-value level. Nonetheless, the benefits of reaching customers through Food Panda continue to outweigh the drawbacks, making it an essential tool for start-ups looking to grow and thrive in the competitive food service industry.
