The relevance of the study is determined by the need to accumulate and implement the adaptive potential of business in those areas of the economy that can act as drivers of economic growth in regional entities within the boundaries of the fields of consumer loyalty formed by their subjects for various goods and services, allowing them to satisfy the needs and desires of different directions. The hospitality industry and its tourism sector, being a complex field of activity, becomes the key to increasing the image stability of territorial entities and the country as a whole. The development of this area is determined by the influence of various factors and requires rational change management and government regulation to build interests-balanced interactions between subjects of various types of activities that determine the country’s acquisition of economic sovereignty in accordance with the requirements of the mobilization stage of the orientation of the national economy. Regulation of innovation and investment activities of business in the tourism sector in the vector of solving problems of increasing adaptive customer focus must be carried out, focusing on the state of its adaptive potential and the ability of business entities to respond to external challenges and internal contradictions, responding with rational changes in the marketing and behavioral contour of the relationships being built between the authorities , the business community and consumers of services. The purpose of the study is to develop a methodological approach to managing adaptive customer focus in the tourism business in the conditions of the mobilization stage of economic transformation. Its implementation within the framework of the developed model for its management in the regional economy accumulates the influence of various factors reflecting different facets of the functioning of the tourism industry, and allows for the formation of rational management and regulatory influences at different levels on the implementation of innovative changes in the activities and development of subjects of this sphere through reaching consensus between participants in relations in the interests of giving impetus to subjects of various industry segments to increase economic growth.
