Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disorder that is frequently accompanied with inflammatory diseases. Inflammatory indicators like creatine kinase (CK), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and adenosine deaminase (ADA) can be useful for tracking the development of diseases. The levels of liver enzymes and creatine kinase (CK) were evaluated. Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and adenosine deaminase (ADA) in Iraqi patients were compared with type2 diabetes mellitus in Al-Fallujah city. 120 participants were split equally into two groups: group 1: non-diabetic controls and group 2: participants with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Levels were determined. Age and duration of disease as well as body mass index (BMI) were established. The findings of the current study revealed that diabetes individuals had significantly different means for CK, LDH, ADA and study factors such as HbA1c and glucose level (p< 0.001, for all variables). Determination level of CK, LDH, ADA activity focused on determining how diabetes is progressing and it is advised that it should be done clinically in everyday practice.
