With the spread of ESG management, demands for corporate environmental management are increasing. Environmental management is now recognized not as a passive management activity in response to society's demands, but as a perspective for companies to secure competitiveness and find business opportunities. Accordingly, the need for companies to introduce eco-friendly technologies is increasing. In relation to the introduction of eco-friendly technology by small and medium-sized enterprises with insufficient resources, this study aims to study the relationship between dynamic capabilities, motivation for environmental management and eco-friendly technology readiness, intention to introduce eco-friendly technology. A survey was conducted on 330 incumbent employees, including representatives of small and medium-sized enterprises located in Korea, and then analyzed using spss ver.20 and amos ver.26. It was confirmed that combinative capacity and demand for environmental management had an effect on the intention to introduce eco-friendly technology and absorptive capability, combinative capability, innovation of management, institutional support had an effect on eco-friendly technology readiness. The results of this study are thought to be useful in policy research for the introduction of eco-friendly technology that is required even for small and medium-sized enterprises with insufficient resources, along with the increasing need for eco-friendly technologies.
