For data collection, the Photo Voice method proposed by Wang and Burris(1997) was used. The collected data were analyzed using the Thematic analysis proposed by Braun and Clarke (2019). 57 individual themes and 16 sub-themes appeared. Based on this, 6 top themes were gathered. Based on this, six top themes were gathered. ‘the development of rights buried in stigma’,‘the concealed “I” disclosure’,‘the central self-help group of solidarity and solidarity’,‘the united front in the war of public opinion’,‘the opening of policy bars’, ‘the endless path, and walking again.’ Based on the results of the study, the researcher discussed that unmarried mothers built empowerment through the struggle for child support rights, attempted to improve the one-eyed policy to close one eye, and the need for active intervention by the state in child support payments. Finally, I made concrete suggestions for the support of social welfare practitioners and the search for national interest.
