The objective of this study is to identify and compare the characteristics of various e ditions o f the h istorical record 『Jinsa-rok』. The original manuscript, written between June 1592 and 1597 on printed notebook paper during the Imjin War by Yoo Seong-ryong, forms the basis of analysis. This manuscript is currently held by the Korea Institute for the Promotion of Korean Studies. The study analyzes the format, contents, and bibliographic details of “Jinsa-rok,” presenting findings in tabular form. Furthermore, the study examines two editions of “Jinsa-rok,” comparing their contents systematically. Unique materials present exclusively in each edition are cataloged and discussed, highlighting the significance of detailed comparative research. In essence, the paper aims to provide a comprehensive comparison and review of different editions of 『Jinsa-rok』, offering insights into their distinctive features and historical value
