NEP 2020 is talking mainly about moving away from rote learning and focusing on competency based learning which can be achieved through experiential learning methods like Activity Based Learning. The present study is conducted to know whether the attitude of our teachers towards Activity Based Learning differ according to their years of experience and their subjects. The researcher studied the attitude of teachers teaching in different boards towards Activity Based Learning using the Attitude Scale. The data was collected using Survey method and collected data was analysed by different statistical methods. According to the Statistical analysis, there is no significant difference in the average scores of the teachers based on their experience or the subjects they teach. This showed that the experience or the subjects do not have much effect on the attitude of teachers towards Activity based learning. This study can be used as a first step towards knowing the readiness of existing teachers for the implementation of NEP2020.
