Breakfast “After the Revolution”. Changes of Value Orientations in the European Culture of the 1970s and Its Reflection in Cinema

The subject of observation in the article is the redundancy of alimentary fields in cinematic narratives of the 1970s. The question is raised about the focalization of the alimentary in the cinema of this period and about the possible reasons for such attention. For these purposes, the article uses the category of narrative redundancy, adopted in philology in relation to complex descriptive passages and transferred to the subject-semantic units of the visual field. The excess of nutrition is associated with a change in value orientations of European society as a reaction to the events of 1968.
