Resume. The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of enterosorbent detoxification with Enterosgel and intratissue electrophoresis (ITE) of antibiotics on wound microflora in victims with widespread thermal burns. The feasibility of this combination was studied in 20 victims with superficial and deep dermal burns. The affected area was 27-60 % of the total body. Enterosgel in the form of a suspension with drinking water was prescribed from the 3rd day after the injury, 15-20 g 3 times a day for 7-10 days. At the same time, antibiotic ITE sessions were performed using the “Potok-1” apparatus with a constant current density of 0.04-0.05 mA/cm2 for 45-60 minutes. Materials and methods. Qualitative and quantitative analysis of the microflora contaminating burn surfaces was performed by washing. Visual assessment of the dynamics of the wound process was performed. The study was performed in the dynamics on days 1-3, 6-7, 13-14 and 19-21 after the injury. Results and discussion. The combined use of enterosorption and ITE of antimicrobial agents in the complex treatment of victims with widespread dermal burns contributed to the optimization of the wound process. At the same time, microbial contamination of burn wounds and signs of inflammation were reduced, demarcation, cleansing and reparative changes, in particular, islet and peripheral epithelialization, were accelerated. Conclusions. According to the results of the study, it was found that the use of enterosorption and ITE antibiotics for common dermal thermal burns increases the effectiveness of local treatment.
