The use of interactive technologies that use Virtual Reality (VR) in favor of patients in the area of mental health has been seriously expanded and valued, considering that good results are obtained, such as: treatments with greater effectiveness and lower cost, in addition to diversity of data that can be collected to better understand these individuals. However, research and studies on autism spectrum disorders (ASD) are still very recent, but it is known that with early diagnosis the treatment and development of the patient becomes much more efficient, in this sense a tool that specifically helps with diagnosis of autism there is a need. Therefore, this work presents a computational application that makes use of Virtual Reality and Computer Vision to assist professionals in the field in diagnosing patients with ASD. The virtual environments were evaluated by the project researchers, using a specific usability questionnaire, together with a usability scale system (SUS - System Usability Scale), obtaining a final average of 4.63 out of 5.0, being considered suitable for future use on real patients.
