The Mechanism of the Inter-Branch Interrelation Between Contractual Provisions under the Social Care Institution and General Contractual Provisions under Civil Law

In Russian science, the issues of intersectoral interaction of the norms on the contract of the Institute of Social Services of social security law and the norms on the contract of civil law are currently insufficiently comprehensively and deeply researched, which leads to practical problems. In order to increase the effectiveness of legal regulation of contractual relations arising within the framework of social services, as well as to bring uniformity of judicial practice and its stability, it is necessary to develop a mechanism for intersectoral interaction of contractual structures of the two branches of law.
