Today, the entire world is dealing with water contamination caused by various kinds of areas, which raises major environmental problems. Reusing contaminated water is a viable approach for sustainable wastewater management. In the present study, synthesis of hybrid CaMgTi2O4 by chemical process via urea as a fuel by co-precipitation method. The nanocrystalline nature of CaMgTi2O4 was established by X-ray diffraction, the calculated crystalline size was 54.93 nm. Diffusive reflectance spectra exhibited band gap energy; the predicted band gap was 3.37 eV. Here we synthesis a calcium magnesium titanate by coprecipitation method that works as a well-known catalyst for photocatalytic activity of Acid red-88 was studies with different parameters by UV illumination which was found to be 85%. Moreover, the electrochemical properties of these materials have been studied using cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy by using tri electrode system in 1 N KCl solution, it revealed that it had a good sensing ability for ibuprofen, paracetamol, uric acid, creatinine, & lead. The LOD and LOQ were found to be 14.52 μM and 48.40 μM for lead respectively. Electrochemical impedance and electrochemical behaviour indicate that CaMgTi2O4 is a capable electrode material for sensing application.
